1.1 Website Data Collection

Data Stored Locally (Your Browser)

By default, all your data stays on your device in your browser's localStorage:

• Price alerts and market preferences
• Favorite items and recent searches
• NIKKE roster data and team builds
• Minecraft server favorites and portal networks
• RWK quest tracker progress
• Theme preference (light/dark/system)

This data never leaves your device unless you opt into Cloud Sync.

Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable Cloud Sync in Settings, we store:

• A unique sync code or account identifier
• Your synced localStorage data (encrypted at rest)
• Discord ID (if you link your Discord account)
• Last sync timestamp

Cloud Sync data is stored in Azure Cosmos DB with encryption at rest.

Analytics & Logs

We use Cloudflare Analytics which provides aggregate, anonymized traffic data. We do not use Google Analytics or any tracking cookies. Server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses for security purposes but are automatically purged.

1.2 Discord Bot Data Collection

What We Collect

• Guild (Server) IDs: To deliver bot functionality and store per-server configuration (e.g., gold price channel settings)
• User IDs: For command rate limiting and premium feature verification
• Command usage: Anonymous aggregate metrics (total commands, error rates)

What We Do NOT Collect

• Message content (we only use slash commands)
• User messages or DM content
• Member lists or user activity
• Voice channel data

Premium Alert DMs

If you link your Discord account for premium alerts, we store your Discord ID to send you price alert notifications. You can unlink at any time in Settings.

1.3 Third-Party Services

• Albion Online Data Project (AODP): We fetch market price data from their public API. They have their own privacy policy.
• mcsrvstat.us: We use their API to check Minecraft server status.
• Cloudflare:CDN and DDoS protection. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Azure: Our website and database are hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Discord:OAuth login and bot functionality. See Discord's privacy policy.

1.4 Data Retention & Deletion

Local data:Clear your browser's localStorage to delete all local data instantly.

Cloud Sync data: You can export all your data or delete your account from the Settings page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Discord bot data: Server configuration is deleted when the bot leaves a server. To request deletion of any data associated with your Discord ID, contact us.

GDPR/CCPA Rights: You have the right to access, export, and delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our services
• Use automated tools to scrape data or spam commands
• Abuse rate limits or circumvent security measures
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate OneLifeGaming or our staff
• Harass other users through our Discord bot

Violation may result in being blocked from our services.

2.2 Discord Bot Terms

Rate Limits

The bot has rate limits to ensure fair usage (approximately 5-10 commands per minute per user). Excessive command spam may result in temporary cooldowns.

Server Blocking

We reserve the right to block servers that abuse the bot. Reasons for blocking include:

• Coordinated abuse or spam
• Using the bot in servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempting to exploit or crash the bot

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to external factors (Discord outages, API issues).

2.3 Disclaimers

Data Accuracy

Market prices, server status, and other data come from third-party sources (AODP, mcsrvstat.us, etc.). We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness. Do not make financial decisions based solely on our tools.

No Affiliation

OneLifeGaming is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Sandbox Interactive (Albion Online), Mojang/Microsoft (Minecraft), Shift Up (NIKKE), or any other game developer. All game names and assets are trademarks of their respective owners.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Premium subscribers will be notified of material changes that affect their subscription.

Limitation of Liability

OneLifeGaming is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to: lost in-game currency, missed trades, incorrect calculations, or data loss.
